These terms govern the use of Showlist. By using the service you accept them: if you don't agree, don't use it.
Showlist lets you keep track of the shows and films you watch, comment on them and follow other people. It is provided by i-creativi s.r.l.s, a simplified limited liability company registered in Italy, with registered office at Via Villapizzone 26, 20156 Milan (MI), Italy — VAT number 08673460963, Milan Companies Register REA MI-2041659, certified email i-creativi@pec.it. The service is free. We may change, suspend or discontinue it; where changes are significant we try to give reasonable notice.
The account is personal: you are responsible for what happens through it and for your login credentials.
You must be at least 14 years old to use the service.
You can close your account at any time from settings. Closing is permanent and deletes your data.
You keep ownership of what you write. By publishing it you allow us to show it inside the service to other users: that is what makes a comment readable.
You may not publish unlawful, abusive, harassing, discriminatory or sexually explicit content, content that infringes others' rights, or plot details outside the spaces meant for them.
You can report content you consider inappropriate. Reports are reviewed and content may be hidden.
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt to access other people's areas or data, circumvent its security measures, overload it with automated requests, or systematically extract its content.
Data about shows, films, episodes, images and people comes from The Movie Database (TMDB) and belongs to its respective owners. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
Showlist neither hosts nor distributes audiovisual content: it keeps track of what you say you have watched.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or harms the service or the people using it. Where possible we explain why.
The service is provided as is. We do our best to keep it working and your data safe, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available, nor that information coming from external sources is free of errors.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the courts of the consumer's place of residence or domicile remain competent.
For disputes not involving consumers, the courts of Milan have exclusive jurisdiction.
